Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Studio Day, made by PIE Drops Studio, a business registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission (BN 9218642), at No. 2, Ary Gold Street, Dogongada, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria. By using it you agree to them. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
What it is
A set of photo and video tools. Some make new pictures or videos of you from photos you upload, using AI models; these are paid for with credits. Others edit or convert your own photos and clips, and are free.
Your account
You must be 18 or over. An account is for one person. You sign in with a link we email you (or with Google), so keep your email account secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
Your photos
- You must have the right to use every photo and clip you upload. The tools that make pictures of you are for photos of yourself, or of an adult who has agreed to it.
- Don’t upload photos of children.
- You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to use them only to make your results, for as long as we keep them (see the privacy policy).
What you make
- Pictures and videos made by the AI tools are generated, not photographs. They can get details wrong, and they show how something might look, not a promise of how it will.
- What you make is yours to use, including commercially, as long as that use is lawful and doesn’t pass a generated image off as a real photograph of a real person.
- Passport and ID photos are sized and checked against the published rules, but the authority you send them to decides whether to accept them. Face shape and colour analysis are suggestions, not professional advice.
What you may not do
- Make or upload sexual or nude images, or any image of a child in a sexual context.
- Make images of a real person without their agreement, impersonate anyone, or make images meant to mislead, such as fake documents or fake evidence.
- Make or upload hateful, harassing, violent or otherwise illegal content.
- Automate, scrape or overload the service, or work around its limits or checks.
Our checks may stop a result from being shown; if they do, its credits come back to you. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Credits and payment
- Paid tools use credits. Each tool shows its price before you run it: one credit is one photo, and videos are priced per video.
- Credit packs are priced in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Bachs, which may show its own name on your statement.
- Credits never expire. They have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
- If a run fails, or our checks hold a result back, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
- If you change your mind, we’ll refund a pack you haven’t used any credits from within 7 days of buying it: email hello@piedrops.com. Credits you’ve used aren’t refundable, except where the law says otherwise.
Free tools
Free tools that run on our servers need a free account and are limited to 30 runs a day. Free tools that run in your browser need no account. We may change these limits.
Changes and availability
We work to keep Studio Day running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or that every run will succeed. We may change or remove tools. If we ever stop offering the paid tools, we’ll refund any credits you bought and haven’t used.
Liability
Studio Day is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from Account. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you by email before the change applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you live somewhere else, you keep any protection the law where you live gives you.
